FAQ'S

Frequently asked questions about flower preservation and the process. Any other questions please ask us!

How do drop offs work?

Our home studio is located in Meadow Vista, California. If you are local in Northern California, we are happy to meet in Auburn, California for a more convenient location to meet up after your event.

How far past my event will you take my flowers?

We will take your flowers no longer than 2 days after your event, depending on the types of flowers you have. Not everyone can book in advanced, however we do accept last minuet bookings if space is available.

How long is the process?

Our current ESTIMATED timeline is 6-9 months unless demand is heavy, which could add a few months onto your order time. Just remember your flowers are very safe and you will have them for a lifetime. Please be patient, preservation is 100% handmade artwork that is a arduous and demanding process.

Do you use color correction?

Yes! Included in your price, color correction is what we offer for touchups, brightening and color enhancing before the design process begins.

How do I reserve a spot?

By completing the "Contact Us" form. We will respond with instructions within 24 hours.
